we do it in the woods

We had a Girls DMR team, two boys in Steeple, a boy and a girl in the 400m Hurdles and a Guys DMR team.

They all did wonderful!!

One of our Steeple runners came in second in the nation! So proud of him :)

Anyways, I couldn’t make it down to NC to watch (my brother was in the DMR so I wanted to go) but I had the livestream going all day on my computer.

It looked like it would have been so much fun to watch!

Heading back to practice tomorrow after 2 weeks being gone… this should be fun

I wont be running because I have had to miss practice this week, but Im going to go support the team :)

I would have ran the 1200 in the dmr if I could have gone… but I had too many review sessions to attend this week.

Oh wells, I really hope that the team does super well!!

I’m about to run into exams week for IB and AP and everything is getting pretty stressful.

I worked out a sort of ‘day by day’ schedule with my coach so that I can run on my own on days when there are after school study sessions.

I’ll definitely be back by Thursday at least so that I can go to…

BEST TRACK MEET OF THE YEAR

but I have always been exclusive to my fangirling blog (which you all will not be given access to yet). I have been wanting to make a running blog for a while now but haven’t had the time to go through the process of picking themes and layouts and a name and such, but since today is a snow day and I have nothing better to do, here it is!!

On our team we continually say the phrase “we do it in the woods” during our xc season (which is such a blast) so I thought I would honor my fellow teammates with the title of this blog.

If you aren’t a runner, you may not relate to any of the crap I post on here, but hopefully some of you find this blog entertaining in some way or another!
